Nature's Villa does not operate a direct booking platform. All reservations are facilitated via WhatsApp and confirmed through Airbnb.
2. Pricing & Fees
Prices displayed are indicative per-night rates. Final pricing is confirmed at enquiry. Nature's Villa charges no additional service fee to guests, you pay the Airbnb rate only.
3. Availability
All properties are subject to availability at time of enquiry. Confirmed bookings are binding once payment is received through the Airbnb platform.
4. Cancellation Policy
Each property has its own Airbnb cancellation policy, which will be communicated clearly at time of booking. Nature's Villa follows the host's stated policy.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat all properties with care and respect. Damage or breach of house rules may result in charges as per the Airbnb resolution process.
6. Privacy
Personal information shared via WhatsApp is used solely for booking purposes and is never shared with third parties without consent.
